To officially register your horse as Premium Obertaurer, the owner has to bring their horse to Obertauern in Austria, climb the mountain and receive the certificate at the mountain station "Felseralm". There the horse is photographed and added to the Premium archives. This means you have to draw a full body, fully colored image of your horse making a trip to Obertauern in winter, send the image and a stash document of your horse's point count per note to the group with the title "Premium Obertaurer".
